RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be returned new and the item unopened. Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presented and accompanied by a reasonable reason for a claim. Please contact our service team emailing us with your request in the view of such issues related to warranty. Our team will promptly review your issue. Items returned without a Return Authorization Form may not be processed, you must request and obtain one from us previously to return the product. Return labels and shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Customer is entitled to exchange such product by their choice of similar category and price or to a store credit pending review of the condition of the returned item by our service team.
Wrong Item Received:
If our customer receives the wrong product instead of the one ordered, please contact our customer service within 5 days of the delivery date. Our service department will ship the product indicated for purchase within the quickest time frame.
